Who we are
Revenue Recovery (revenuerecovery.co.uk) provides quote-recovery services to UK window & door installers. For data you send us through this website, we are the data controller. For customer data our clients ask us to process during an engagement, we act as a data processor under a written agreement.
What we collect on this site
- Fit-check form: name, company, email, phone (optional), approximate quote volumes and job values, and anything you write in the message field.
- Technical context: the page’s query string (e.g. campaign tags), the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string, stored alongside your enquiry.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or retargeting pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and follow up about our services — our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not sell your details or add you to any third-party mailing list.
Where it lives and how long
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database attached to this website. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact, then delete it. Email us at any time to have it deleted sooner.
Client campaign data (our engagements)
When a client engages us, we process their first-party customer and quote data only: under a signed Data Processing Agreement, on documented instructions, with access controls, against a permanent suppression list, and with deletion or return of the data at the end of the engagement. We never use bought or scraped consumer lists, and every marketing message we send for a client identifies the client’s business and carries a clear opt-out.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to our processing. Email hello@revenuerecovery.co.uk and we’ll act on it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
